Knighted held our inaugural PACT Program in partnership with Covenant House California! This is a new career-readiness program where a team of dedicated Knights develops and executes a customized curriculum designed to equip young adults with invaluable personal and professional development skills.
The six-week curriculum covers topics such as basic arithmetic, mental math, interview preparation, communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, self-awareness, business etiquette, and customer service, to name a few.
Beyond classroom-style learning, our mentorship component is a significant part of the PACT Program. We are grateful to have made strong connections with our mentees and will continue rooting for them on their journeys to lifelong success!
