Recently, a group of Knighted Neighbors volunteers partnered with the LA Regional Food Bank to help at a walk-up food bank distribution in Lancaster, CA. The event, designed to provide families in need with essential groceries and other food items, was a huge success.

Diamond Jim’s Knights worked alongside other community members to ensure everyone who needed assistance received it. Various tasks were involved, including setting up tables and distributing food items to families. Volunteers also helped with traffic control and crowd management to ensure safety.

One of the great things about events like these is that they unite communities. Volunteering and supporting organizations like California food banks help address local systemic food insecurity and poverty issues. By working together, we can better assist the needs of our neighbors and create a better future for everyone.
