Our Knights recently dedicated their time and enthusiasm to two of California’s cherished animal havens in a heartwarming display of community camaraderie. Volunteers from Bay 101 took flight to San Jose’s Happy Hollow Zoo & Gardening Project, where they immersed themselves in the vibrant world of the aviary. With a shared passion for wildlife conservation, these modern-day knights contributed their efforts to enriching the lives of the zoo’s feathered residents.
Not content with one act of kindness, Knighted Neighbors extended its benevolent reach to San Francisco! There, Knights from Artichoke Joe’s came together to help with the Renew the Zoo initiative. Amidst the iconic cityscape, they rolled up their sleeves to support the ongoing conservation efforts of the horticulture department. They tended to the beautiful gardens while also learning about habitat conservation and vegetation management.
